MERN Stack – Full Stack Developer
React.js, Node.js & Next.js

Consultant Budget: Up to ₹1.66 lakh per month

Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience in both React.js and Node.js. Profiles without either of these mandatory skills will not be considered.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, test and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications.
The role involves working closely with product owners, architects, QA engineers and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and high-performance applications.
Experience in Next.js, Nuxt.js, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices and backend services.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend systems and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Architecture teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews and sprint planning.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• Optimise applications for performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, complex queries, procedures and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices and software development methodologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical excellence.
• Support CI/CD implementation and cloud-native development practices.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing.
  

Mandatory Skills
Front-End Development

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS or equivalent UI frameworks
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, Context API or similar state-management libraries
  

Back-End Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of Express.js, NestJS or similar backend frameworks
• Experience with authentication and authorisation mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth
  

Database

• Strong SQL knowledge
• Database design experience
• Experience writing complex queries, procedures and stored procedures
• Database performance optimisation experience
  

Development Practices

• Git and source-control management
• GitLab experience
• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Unit testing and integration testing
• Swagger or OpenAPI documentation
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
