Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting internal and external audit processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Handle GST filing and TDS filing, ensuring timely submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
• Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of GST filing is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles, including GST filing and TDS filing.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team.

Location: Mavelikara

Salary : 12k to 15k
