Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate . In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Leverage Edus partner network by cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with coaching centers, affiliates, schools, and colleges within your assigned territory.
As a frontline representative of our growth efforts, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential partnerships, onboarding new partners, and equipping them to drive quality student leads to our offline experience centers. Your success will lie in your ability to understand partner needs, communicate Leverage Edus value proposition effectively, and generate a consistent pipeline of leads through local engagement and on-ground activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard schools, colleges, and educational institutions for collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and key decision-makers.
- Affiliate Network Building: Develop and manage a network of coaching centers and education consultants.
- Partner Negotiation: Negotiate terms, onboard affiliates, and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Lead Generation: Execute seminars, campaigns, and sessions to generate qualified student leads.
- Event Promotion: Drive footfall and registrations for counseling sessions and events.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B lead-generation targets through partnerships.
- Performance Tracking: Track and optimize partner performance using CRM tools and dashboards.
- Brand Representation: Represent Leverage Edu at education fairs, partner events, and institutional programs.
- Co-branded Initiatives: Plan and execute webinars and engagement programs in collaboration with partners.
- Bachelors degree (MBA or PGDM preferred, but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in building and managing education-sector partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in the EdTech, study abroad, test prep, or higher education domain.
- Existing network of school/college/affiliate contacts.
- Comfort with frequent travel within the region.
