About Fly Finance (A Leverage Edu Initiative)
Fly Finance is a fintech platform enabling education loans and cross-border financial services for students. We work closely with B2B partners, students, and internal teams to deliver seamless financial onboarding and scalable growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst Sales & Customer Onboarding who can combine data-driven analysis with sales execution and team leadership. This role will act as a bridge between sales, onboarding operations, and business analytics, owning performance metrics while leading a team responsible for demos, partner onboarding, and funnel optimization.
This is a hands-on leadership role with both individual contribution and team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Analytics
- Analyze sales funnels, conversion metrics, and onboarding performance
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel / CRM data
- Identify bottlenecks in lead conversion, demos, and onboarding journeys
- Provide actionable insights to improve B2B sales efficiency
Product Demos & B2B Engagement
- Lead and oversee product demos for B2B partners and institutional clients
- Support complex sales conversations with data-backed insights
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and mentor a team handling inside sales and customer onboarding
- Set performance KPIs and monitor individual and team outcomes
- Coach team members on demos, communication, and onboarding quality
Customer Onboarding & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process post-sale
- Act as an escalation point for onboarding and operational issues
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to improve processes
