    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and have a knack for building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software sales and B2B sales, with a proven track record of deal closure and negotiation.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software sales sector.

    • Engage in cold calling to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.

    • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in software or ERP sales.

    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.

    • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 2,50,000. We are looking to fill 2 positions for this role. The work schedule is during the day, and the work mode is on-site.
