Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to support our business development efforts through a combination of client meetings, office-based coordination and structured reporting.
The role involves engaging with prospective clients, promoting LCPLs consulting offerings and ensuring disciplined follow-ups and documentation.
This role is suitable for professionals who are comfortable working in an office environment, stepping out for client meetings as needed and maintaining strong internal coordination and reporting standards.
You will be the first professional touchpoint between prospective clients and our consulting team, making maturity, clarity, intent and relationship-building extremely important.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients and corporates to promote LCPLs products and services
- Attend client meetings and discussions as part of the business development process
- Handle corporate selling, key account engagement and concept selling
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Prepare meeting summaries, visit reports and follow-up notes after client interactions
- Manage structured follow-ups and track opportunity progress
- Maintain regular office presence for coordination, planning and documentation
- Share weekly activity and progress reports with internal teams
- Coordinate internally for meetings, proposals and next steps
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of experience in B2B / corporate selling, key account management, or concept selling
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable and confident with client-facing interactions as well as desk-based work
- Disciplined approach to reporting, documentation and follow-ups
- High ambition and desire to achieve significant professional growth
- Willingness to step out for meetings as and when required
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Email outreach, LinkedIn messaging and CRM tools.
