Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare the production plan for Plating / grommet / Phosphate process as per the requirement given by PPC .
- Recipe selection from SCADA for Plating / Geomet process and batch number creation
- Daily check sheet to be verified on daily basis and concern noticed to Dept Head and Maintenance.
- ZLD plant operation and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Process related training to be conducted for Supervisor / operators.
- Plating and Geomet OEE monitoring and reduce Major losses.
- Surface finishing energy and consumable consumption monitoring.
- All pH meter daily calibration and correction.
