Role Description The LIC Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. The role involves meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and suggest suitable life insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits, assisting clients with documentation, premium payments, and claims-related guidance, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer support. The LIC Advisor is also expected to participate in local marketing and outreach activities, build and maintain a client portfolio, and stay updated on LIC products, regulations, and industry trends. The position requires consistent presence at the Ludhiana office and client locations within the region.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain insurance products clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and follow up proactively.
• Basic financial understanding and interest in insurance, savings, and investment concepts.
• Sales and relationship-building abilities, including prospecting, networking, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Comfort with basic computer and mobile applications for policy management, documentation, and communication.
• Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary or higher secondary education; higher education in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage.

• Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana and engage with clients in person across the local area.
