Role Description The Life Insurance Agent role at LIC is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs, explaining LICs life insurance products and recommending suitable plans. Daily tasks include generating leads, following up with inquiries, conducting policy presentations, and completing application paperwork accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. The agent will provide ongoing customer service by assisting clients with policy updates, claims-related queries, premium payments, and coverage reviews. The role also involves maintaining relationships within the local community, participating in sales campaigns, and meeting defined performance and service targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to advise clients and match plans to their needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to understand financial products and offer suitable solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client relationships, and handle queries professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
• Basic knowledge of local market dynamics in Bhopal and willingness to engage in fieldwork and community networking.
• Ability to work toward clear sales and service targets, with a high level of integrity and compliance awareness.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, finance, or related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
