Role Description The MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) role at LIC in Vadodara is a full-time, on-site position focused on achieving exceptional performance in life insurance sales and client service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and presenting suitable LIC insurance products. The MDRT professional will maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular policy reviews, and provide guidance on risk coverage and savings plans. The role also involves planning and meeting sales targets, participating in training and development programs, and adhering to LICs compliance and ethical standards. Collaboration with branch teams, timely reporting, and participation in local marketing or awareness activities are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a focus on consultative selling and long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and build trust across diverse client groups.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, risk management, and life insurance products, or willingness to learn through structured training.
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for client management, documentation, and reporting.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in finance, business, or commerce are preferred.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage, but high-potential candidates from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
