Operational Risk Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across various business units, ensuring smooth business operations.

What you will do: You'll conduct operational risk assessments, develop risk mitigation plans, and monitor key operational risk indicators.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct operational risk assessments to identify potential risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Monitor key operational risk indicators and report on findings.
• Develop and maintain operational risk management policies and procedures.

  Facilitate risk awareness training and education for staff.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their operational processes and risks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational risk.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operational risk management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
