Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate work activities with the Asst Store Manager to operate the outlet.
- Assign responsibility areas and work schedules, Handle Guest complaints, Interact with customers to assess their needs, Party organization with the Party Coordinator. Coordinate with Supervisors, Team Memebers/Outsourced Agencies for the proper maintenance of all equipment, furniture and fixtures of the outlet.
- Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner or escalating it further to the RM.
- To ensure the entire facility is maintained in such a way so that it gives clean, safe and hygiene environment for the users at every aspects of operations management in terms of high standard and quality.
- Assist Supervisors in preparing sales, operational expense and other financial reports with complete understanding on the subject.
- Ensure availability of all consumables at all time.
- Coordinating with regional team and other stake holders.
