Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail, located at Lifeyogas New Delhi center. The Head of Retail will oversee the daily operations of the wellness retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities will include driving sales, managing inventory, devising business strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve retail targets. The role also involves leading and mentoring the retail team to deliver top-tier customer service, curating product offerings aligned with Lifeyogas philosophy, and collaborating with other departments to align retail strategies with the centers overall vision.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies, forecasts, and improve performance metrics
