Manager Bulk Sales will be responsible for the management of the Bulk products portfolio to maximise strategic and financial targets in line with the strategy of the Gases business in their respective region.

Making an impact. What will you do

• In this role you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
• You will manage all existing customer account in assigned territory
• You will work closely with BU head to , ensure you have full understanding of your KPIs
• You will additionally manage key accounts assigned to to ensure long-term profitability and growth
• Further, you will coordinate with operation/distribution and other support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Also, you will ensure timely collections of payment from all your customers in the territory
• You will address customer complaints promptly and ensure timey redressal
• And you will work to grow the business by continuously generating new leads and work to convert these leads to business wins
• You should be skilled enough to understand market dynamics and report market intelligence and competition actions and strategy in the territory
• You will work to meet annual targets based on revenue, pricing, DSO, new wins, customer visits and safety

• You have a Bachelors degree required in Sales, or MBA with specialization in Marketing
• And you own four to five (4-5) years industrial experience in field sales and/or sales management required in gas industry, chemical/other manufacturing; Experience in gas market segment preferred, knowledge on Punjab Industrial segment will be additional benefit.
• You have a Business acumen and understand and implement financial principles and procedures to make effective decisions
• In addition, you understand how their KPIs are aligned to business strategy
• You have a sense of urgency and responsiveness to make immediate action to resolve customer issues required
• Further, you own a financial skills with strong analytical approach, and sound planning and organizing skills essential
• Cross-cultural communication and collaboration are ususl to you
• You are a strategic thinking person and a contributer to the achieve the Linde Group Strategy by translating it into your environment, by devising meaningful objectives, strategies and plans, and by winning the commitment of employees to act and execute the strategy
