Pitch Producer

As a Pitch Producer, you ll be the engine behind LINKVIVA s proposal process. You ll manage how each pitch is built ensuring every idea, asset, and contributor comes together in time and in style.

You ll report directly to the Experience Director, working closely with creative, design, and production teams to ensure proposals are cohesive, strategic, and beautifully presented.

What You ll Do

Pitch Management & Coordination

• Lead and manage the end-to-end pitch workflow from brief receipt to submission.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reviews with precision and calm under pressure.
• Ensure each proposal is visually aligned, narrative-led, and client-ready.

Content & Presentation Development

• Support the Experience Director in shaping decks, storylines, and submission formats.
• Oversee the layout and build of proposal decks and assets.
• Edit and quality-check all materials to ensure consistency of tone, language, and design.

Process & Quality Assurance

• Continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Apply smart workflows and AI-based tools to support research, writing, and design.
• Track progress, maintain version control, and ensure final submissions meet LINKVIVA s creative and operational standards.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the main point of coordination between teams and project managers during pitch cycles.
• Maintain transparency and accountability across all stakeholders throughout the process.
