AVP - Product Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Product Management professional (AVP/VP level) with strong experience in NBFC/Fintech lending, especially Short-Term Personal Loans (STPL).

This is an Individual Contributor role and does not involve team management. The role will focus on end-to-end product ownership, digital lending app design, and managing key technology integrations across the lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Short-Term Personal Loan products
  
• Lead end-to-end product delivery for mobile and web lending journeys
  
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including:
  
• Engineering
  
• UI/UX
  
• Risk
  
• Compliance
  
• Operations
  
• Business Teams
  
• Convert business requirements into:
  
• PRDs
  
• User stories
  

• Process flows
  
• Wireframes / journey maps
  
• Manage API-based integrations with key partners such as:
  
• KYC / Video KYC providers
  
• Credit bureaus
  
• Payment gateways
  
• E-Mandate / NACH
  
• LOS / LMS / Core banking systems
  
• Ensure product and processes align with:
  
• RBI Digital Lending Guidelines
  
• KYC & regulatory compliance requirements
  
• Support product launches and continuously optimize customer experience
  
• Track and improve key product metrics such as:
  
• Conversion rate
  
• Approval rate
  
• Disbursal TAT
  
• Funnel drop-offs
  
• Journey performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 712 years of Product Management experience in NBFC / Fintech
  
• Strong domain exposure to Personal Loans / STPL / Digital Lending
  
• Hands-on experience in app design + product execution
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
• API integrations
  
• LOS / LMS workflows
  
• KYC and payments ecosystem
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Hands-on working knowledge of tools like:
  
• Jira
  
• Figma
  
• Google Docs / Sheets
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
