Cluster HR Manager - QSR Restaurant Brand Punjab

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused and hands-on Cluster HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations in Punjab.

The ideal candidate will be a strong HR professional who understands the realities of a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment and enjoys working closely with employees, managers and operational teams.

This is a highly field-oriented role requiring extensive travel across Punjab to support multiple outlets, strengthen people practices and ensure a positive employee experience.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations in Punjab.
• Partner closely with Operations and Unit Managers on people-related matters.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning across locations.
• Ensure timely hiring and deployment of employees in line with business requirements.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management, appraisals and career development processes.
• 
  Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs and other HR processes.
• Conduct regular visits to outlets and locations to understand ground-level employee concerns.
• Identify HR challenges and provide practical solutions to operational teams.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees and managers.
• Strengthen communication between corporate HR and frontline teams.
• Track key HR metrics including attrition, manpower strength, absenteeism and recruitment status.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a strong organisational culture across all locations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects from an HR and manpower perspective.

We are looking for someone who is:

• 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within hospitality, restaurants, retail, FMCG or another multi-unit service environment.
• An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Strong in HR operations and employee engagement.
• Comfortable managing a large and diverse frontline workforce.
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to work in a hands-on environment.
• Comfortable travelling extensively across Punjab.
• Able to build strong relationships with employees and operational leadership.
• Mature, professional and capable of handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.
