Job Description
- History taking / performing GPE / Complete work u1 p of all patients.
- Filling Medication charts.
- Doing Minor procedures by consultants order (RT, Foleys,Suctioning etc)
- Making discharge summaries.
- Receive appropriate guidelines from consultants.
- Informing consultation status of patients.
- Analysis of investigation & Drugs prescription in SOS cases.
- Going on ambulance calls.
- Attending training classes.

- Overall responsible for all activities related to patients in the wards.
