Sr.Manager- Finance & Accounts (Corporate Office )

Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts and preparation of financial reports, including monthly profitability and Operational KPI reports. Provide analysis and interpretation of financial data to facilitate decision-making by senior management.

Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the revenue cycle process, including Patient billing and collections. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation and cash flow.

Cost Management

Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the hospital's strategic goals. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing financial performance.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and hospital policies. Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Internal Audits: Carry out Internal Audit to identify & review internal checks & controls system for various processes of organization, analysing deficiencies with efficacy & exploring scope of improvements therein and designing new internal controls.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, physicians, department heads, and external auditors. Provide financial expertise and insights to support effective decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Reconciliation: Reconciliation of AP, AR, Sales, Purchases and other verticals as & when required
