Retail Finance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our retail operations. This role plays a key part in driving profitability, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for retail channels.
• 
  Analyze store performance, margins, and sales trends to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain teams to improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful management reports on sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Evaluate ROI on retail initiatives, promotional campaigns, and new store openings.
• Support leadership with ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within retail
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
