Job Description
- As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications within the Zoho suite to align with the business requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and comprehend business processes for efficient Zoho implementation. Designing and implementing Zoho Creator workflows, forms, reports, and integrations will be a crucial aspect to streamline operations effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing Zoho applications for enhanced performance will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, staying updated on Zoho platform updates, new features, and industry best practices is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Zoho Developer, with expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications. A strong understanding of Zoho APIs, webhooks, and integration capabilities is required. Proficiency in scripting languages like Deluge Script, along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, will be beneficial. Experience in designing and implementing Zoho Creator workflows and automation is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key traits for this role. Good communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders and comprehend business requirements. Possessing a Zoho Developer certification would be considered a plus.
