Lead Generation & Sales Executive at Man Investment Services Pvt Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research target customers and potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Use multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Client Interaction & Relationship Support
- Initiate contact with prospects and introduce company products/services
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
- Maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads and support relationship building
Sales Outreach & Closure
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Schedule meetings or demos for qualified prospects
- Support and actively participate in sales closure activities
Proposal Coordination & Documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal delivery
- Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales progress
Reporting & Compliance
- Track outreach activities, leads, and conversion metrics
- Prepare regular sales and lead generation reports
- Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong cold calling and customer outreach skills
- Experienced in using social media platforms / digital channels for business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate
- Prior experience in B2B sales (depending on your business)
- Experience in Banking & Finance Industry will be an added advantage
- Experienced in closing deals independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Lead generation: at least 2 years
License/Certification:
- Degree / Certificate in Marketing or Sales (Preferred)
