Role Overview:
Loadshare Networks is a leading 3PL partner for Amazon, playing a critical role in building and scaling Amazon's quick commerce and last-mile delivery ecosystem across India. With SaaS-led capabilities and on-ground operations spanning 200+ stores pan-India, Loadshare operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and scale.
We are looking for a ProgramManager to lead supply planning and workforce fulfillment for our rapidly scaling logistics network. The role will focus on balancing demand vs. supply across geographies through strong manpower planning, forecasting, and execution excellence.
The individual will build prediction models and planning frameworks to anticipate hiring demand, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure timely manpower availability while maintaining cost efficiency. The role also involves driving coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to streamline operations and improve hiring productivity at scale.

- Drive manpower planning across geographies and timelines to meet operational demand.
- Coordinate effectively with internal sourcing teams to meet hiring targets.
- Engage, onboard, and manage external sourcing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and reconcile payouts for all external sourcing vendors on a periodic basis.
- Optimize referral and rejoiner funnels to improve sourcing efficiency.
- Develop insights and dashboards to track "Cost of Hiring" across sourcing channels and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Own and streamline the payout process for both internal and external sourcing teams.

- Strong planning acumen and ability to meet aggressive targets.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured environments.
