Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Lead to lead our social media presence across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and fintech understanding to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Own and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, Whatsapp etc.)
• Drive performance marketing initiatives in collaboration with the paid media team
• Create and oversee high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, infographics) tailored to fintech audiences
• Build and maintain a strong brand voice and positioning in the financial domain
• Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and fintech regulations impacting communication
• Handle community engagement, ORM (online reputation management), and crisis communication

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, BFSI.
• Team Handling experience is Preferable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance funnels, and content strategy
• Proven track record of scaling social media presence and driving measurable growth
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics,Zoho, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.
• Proficiency in AI-powered marketing and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
• Involvement in Innovative Ideas and trending content.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
