We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various hotel positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for hotel positions (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the selection process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Work closely with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring procedures.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives if required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes
• Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry

• Experience hiring for hotel operations roles
• Knowledge of hospitality staffing requirements
