We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Application Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a ServiceNow HR Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet the business process and application requirements related to HR. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR) and a strong background in HR processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR) applications to meet business needs and optimize HR processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and develop and test code.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to various stakeholders, including end-users, business analysts, and project managers, ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR Service Management applications.

Required Skills and Experience:-

• Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR).
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to design and implement solutions that improve HR service delivery.
• Proven experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow HR applications to meet business requirements.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across various teams and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have):-

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• This role is based in Bengaluru, India. We are specifically seeking candidates located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR).
