Roles & Responsibility
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a focus on sustaining engineering, SaaS products, or technical operations.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing Outreach and Sales tools , with hands-on expertise in:
  • Prospecting , Lead Management , Opportunity Management , and Contact Management .
  • Strong technical proficiency in Outreach, CRM, Power BI, and Snowflake , etc with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Deep understanding of standard sales cycles, personas, and selling motions (direct sales, indirect sales, renewals).
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive high-impact outcomes.
  • Experience managing SaaS vendors and ensuring product performance.
  • Proven track record in delivering customer-centric solutions with a people-first design approach.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, changing priorities, with a focus on delivering consistent value.

  • As a Technical Product Manager (TPM) within the Sustaining Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the Outreach Product.
