Key Responsibilities

 Manage and grow Travel Agent (TA) partnerships to drive business opportunities

 Develop and strengthen relationships with Wedding Planners and Event Planners

 Handle key account management and partner engagement activities

 Identify new business opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth

 Expand market presence through networking, client meetings, and on-ground

activations

 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders

 Conduct regular business reviews and ensure partner satisfaction

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

 This role will involve travel to different cities in Gujarat like Bhavnagar, Surat, Vadodara,

Rajkot, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Strong background in B2B sales, business development, or account management

 Prior experience in hospitality, luxury travel, weddings, events, or lifestyle industry

preferred

 Well-networked within the Travel Agent, Wedding Planner, or Event ecosystem

 Strong relationship management and networking skills

 Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused approach

 Ability to independently manage and grow key accounts

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills

 Strong local market understanding and partner engagement capabilities
