Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Travel Agent (TA) partnerships to drive business opportunities
Develop and strengthen relationships with Wedding Planners and Event Planners
Handle key account management and partner engagement activities
Identify new business opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth
Expand market presence through networking, client meetings, and on-ground
activations
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
Conduct regular business reviews and ensure partner satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
This role will involve travel to different cities in Gujarat like Bhavnagar, Surat, Vadodara,
Rajkot, etc.

Strong background in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury travel, weddings, events, or lifestyle industry
preferred
Well-networked within the Travel Agent, Wedding Planner, or Event ecosystem
Strong relationship management and networking skills
Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused approach
Ability to independently manage and grow key accounts
Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills
Strong local market understanding and partner engagement capabilities
