Human Resources Manager_ Tarun Bharat

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
• Oversee employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMIS data.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
• Support management with HR analytics, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent recruitment and talent management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred:

• Experience in media, publishing, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
