Financial Analyst - Debt Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: Support the Debt Capital Markets team in analyzing and structuring debt financing transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations, and support the execution of debt financing transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements and credit reports of potential borrowers.
• Prepare credit analysis reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support the structuring and execution of debt financing transactions.
• Monitor the performance of existing debt portfolios.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including borrowers and investors.
• Conduct market research and analysis of the debt capital markets.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
• Experience in debt capital markets or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
