Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery (e.g., solar panel assembly lines, laminators, stringers, etc.)
  
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and utilities (compressors, electrical panels, etc.)
  

• Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports in the system
  
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for efficient operations
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or solar industry
  
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance practices
  
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and electrical systems preferred
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
