Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Executive Human Resources role at Lords Mark, located in Mumbai, India. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for HR Recruitment, HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources related activities on a day-to-day basis. The role requires collaborating with the management team, providing HR guidance to the business, and developing and implementing HR plans and strategies to enable accomplishment of the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, operations and employee relations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR as a Senior Executive
• A degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven proficiency in HR policies, employment law, HR analytics, and human resources applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management across the organization
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
