Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring franchise compliance, driving operational excellence, and promoting sales growth across our franchise network. You will work closely with franchisees to maintain high standards of performance, resolve challenges, and support their success in alignment with Lovely Sweets & Lovely Bake Studios brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise System Compliance:

Monitor and ensure franchisees comply with company policies, procedures, and standards, including product quality, customer service, and marketing initiatives.

  • Audit and Evaluation:

Conduct regular system audits and evaluations of franchise locations, assessing their performance against established benchmarks. Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

  • Training and Support:

Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to franchisees and their staff, helping them meet and exceed company standards in operations, customer service, and sales.

  • Sales Performance Management:

Drive franchise sales performance through structured follow-ups, goal setting, and sales analysis. Assist franchisees in achieving revenue targets by providing insights and strategies to optimize business performance.

  • Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales, operational, and financial data to assess the health and performance of individual franchise locations. Develop action plans for improvement and assist franchisees in implementing them.

  • Feedback and Reporting:

Provide feedback to franchisees on their performance, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships. Prepare regular reports for management on franchisee performance and operational status.

  • Problem Resolution:

Serve as a point of contact for franchisees, resolving issues, addressing conflicts, and ensuring that challenges are addressed professionally and promptly.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to franchisees, helping them stay competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

  • Expansion and Development:

Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential new franchise locations. Assess the suitability of new locations and support the development of new franchise agreements.

  • Compliance Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of franchise compliance, audit reports, and related documentation, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and readily available.

Qualifications:

?Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

?Minimum 10 years of experience in franchise management, sales, or a related field.
