Job Description

    **Role Overview:**
    As a Fusion Technical Oracle Manager for the Record to Report team at London Stock Exchange Group, you will play a key role in a finance transformation programme aimed at delivering the finance vision and enhancing operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve guiding the strategic management and implementation of Oracle systems, developing technical solutions aligned with business objectives, and integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Implementing, testing, and supporting Oracle Financial Modules such as GL, Intercompany, Projects, Fixed Assets, and FAH.
    - Providing solution leadership to project teams, leading solution design and implementation within time and budget constraints.
    - Analyzing business needs and ensuring Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry standard processes and product knowledge.
    - Resolving sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

    - Designing process workflows, identifying and resolving gaps, and providing technical inputs for specifications and business processes.
    - Proficient in concepts of Multi-Org, Global Consolidation System, Multiple Reporting Currencies, Flex field setups, GL balances conversion, and reconciliation of Sub-ledger modules.
    - Experienced in Sub-ledger Accounting, Accounting Setup Manager, Multi Org Access Control, and system administration skills.
    - Building and presenting presentations to business partners, demonstrating strong team orientation and ability to function proactively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Business process experience in Cloud/e-Business Suite (EBS) and ability to build customized Oracle Reports in OTBI & BI Publisher reports and templates.
    - Solid understanding of SOAP/REST APIs, Java, XML, PL/SQL, Web Services, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
    - Minimum 4 implementations of Oracle R2R and 6 years of support experience in modules like GL, FA, FAH, Project Accounting, and Intercompany.

    **Qualifications Required:**
    - 7 years of technical consulting experience and 5 years of Functional consulting experience.
    - Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS) and Oracle Fusion Application.
    - Strong knowledge of industry trends, Oracle systems, and financial modules.
    - Proficiency in data and application integrations, API lifecycle management, and configuring adapters.
