Talent Management:

• Design and implement the enterprise Talent Management strategy and framework
• Lead the full talent lifecycle: talent identification, reviews, and development
• Build and sustain leadership pipelines through structured development journeys and targeted interventions.
• Accountable for enterprise processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture.
• Strong governance and project management of talent management processes.
• Managing data with the latest updates and complete information on talent

Learning & Development:

• Define and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business capability needs.
• Curate, deliver, and facilitate high-impact learning experiences, leadership workshops, and capability-building programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning through modern learning methodologies and platforms.
• Fostering a culture of owning culture through various structured and thoughtful initiatives and campaigns

Learning & DEI Campaigns:

• Drive enterprise learning & DEI campaigns and partner in culture-building initiatives.
• Partner with functional leaders to amplify inclusion, growth mindset, and talent mobility across the organization.
• Enterprise-wide driving inclusion programs, campaigns, and initiatives

Employee Engagement:

• Lead the end-to-end management of the annual employee engagement survey.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate insights into meaningful action plans and track progress and outcomes.

Vendor Management, Budgeting & Contract Negotiation:

• Manage relationships with external learning partners, assessment providers, and facilitators.
• Oversee learning budgets and contract negotiations.
• Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and governance in all external engagements.
