Talent Management:
- Design and implement the enterprise Talent Management strategy and framework
- Lead the full talent lifecycle: talent identification, reviews, and development
- Build and sustain leadership pipelines through structured development journeys and targeted interventions.
- Accountable for enterprise processes, including succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture.
- Strong governance and project management of talent management processes.
- Managing data with the latest updates and complete information on talent

Learning & Development:
- Define and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business capability needs.
- Curate, deliver, and facilitate high-impact learning experiences, leadership workshops, and capability-building programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through modern learning methodologies and platforms.
- Fostering a culture of owning culture through various structured and thoughtful initiatives and campaigns
Learning & DEI Campaigns:
- Drive enterprise learning & DEI campaigns and partner in culture-building initiatives.
- Partner with functional leaders to amplify inclusion, growth mindset, and talent mobility across the organization.
- Enterprise-wide driving inclusion programs, campaigns, and initiatives
Employee Engagement:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the annual employee engagement survey.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate insights into meaningful action plans and track progress and outcomes.
Vendor Management, Budgeting & Contract Negotiation:
- Manage relationships with external learning partners, assessment providers, and facilitators.
- Oversee learning budgets and contract negotiations.
- Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and governance in all external engagements.
