As we embark on an exciting phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join our team someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business expansion and client success.

Job Purpose / Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, direct marketing, and leveraging professional contacts.
• Effectively pitch and sell the company s services to prospective clients.

New Business Development (50%) Indoor

• Generate new business opportunities via telecalling, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted emails. Identify prospective clients, understand their requirements, and initiate meaningful conversations to get interest in the company s services.

New Business Development (50%) Outdoor

• Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions, including visiting prospective client offices, presenting company brochures and profiles, explaining our services and scopes, and converting prospects into active clients.
