Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Finance & Accounts Location: Indore (Onsite) Experience Required: 510 yrs

Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Support Consultant Finance & Accounts with strong expertise in balance sheet finalization, financial reporting, and client support. The role involves handling client queries related to accounting, taxation, compliance, and ERP systems, while ensuring accurate financial statements and adherence to statutory requirements.

Accounts Finalization & Reporting Perform end-to-end balance sheet finalization, including: Ledger scrutiny and verification Trial balance review and adjustments Provisioning, accruals, and depreciation accounting Fixed assets and inventory reconciliation Bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

Taxation & Statutory Compliance Handle and support client queries related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax Assist in GST returns, TDS filings, and statutory compliance reconciliations Ensure alignment of financial records with tax filings and regulatory requirements

Audit Management Support statutory, internal, and cost audits Prepare audit schedules, balance confirmations, and supporting documents Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit observations

Financial Planning & Analysis Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights Support preparation of financial models and forecasts

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience
