Job Profile: Enterprise Sales Specialist Location: Indore (No Remote) Experience: 9-15 Years

Company: Nway Technologies About Nway Technologies: Nway Technologies is the developer of Nway ERP, a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution designed specifically for the construction, real estate, infrastructure, and allied industries in India.

Nway ERP is an all-in-one platform that integrates key business functions such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Machinery Management, Project Management, and Approvals. It enables organizations to manage multiple projects, sites, resources, and workflows through a single, centralized system, helping improve operational efficiency, visibility, and control across the enterprise.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and work on CRM leads shared by the VP of Sales. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting. Coordinate closely with the pre-sales team for product demonstrations.

Follow up on demos, address client queries, and build strong client relationships. Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and position Nway ERP solutions accordingly.

Drive the complete sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Report directly to the Vice President Sales and the Founder of Nway.

Lead and manage a team of 2 business development resources working under you, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

915 years of proven experience in ERP software sales. Prior ERP selling experience is mandatory. Experience in selling Construction ERP / Real Estate ERP software will be a strong advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes independently.

Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Result-oriented with a strong focus on closures and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Background in IT / Software / SaaS sales.

Understanding of construction, real estate, or infrastructure business processes. Strong leadership skills with experience managing junior resources. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmen
