Administration Head

Role & responsibilities

• Need to take care of overall operations & admin part of the factory includes of HR department/Accounts department/Admin department/SAP department Sound knowledge in PF/ESI/Legal works/Factory license works/Accounts Payable & receivables/Repair Maintenance.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
• Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.
• 06-10 years of experience in Garments industry.
• Knowledge of Garment processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
