Relationship Management: Oversee and assist functional & cross-functional conflict management, and escalate only when unresolvable

Own & drive min of two product areas for product management with two or more scrum teams.
Self-allocates time based on understanding of team priorities and applies process excellence techniques

• Ability to quickly build trust with team and clients
• Effectively manages client programs and initiatives, identifying and communicating risks and dependencies
• Develop coaching/mentoring skills and mentor Product Managers

• Anticipates technical constraints; capable of participating meaningfully in architecture discussions (e.g., async vs. sync APIs, event-driven designs, horizontal scaling).
• Can articulate tech debt tradeoffs and influence prioritization based on impact and urgency.
• Partners with tech leads to drive platform, performance, or reliability improvements into the roadmap.

12+ years of Experience in a same or similar role/function
Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare
