Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Presales Executive to engage with inbound leads, understand their business requirements, qualify prospects, and coordinate product demonstrations with the Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 year - 2 years of experience who possess strong communication skills and are passionate about consultative selling, customer engagement, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Qualification
  

Connect with inbound leads from website enquiries, marketing campaigns, and demo requests in a timely and professional manner.Understand customer business needs, pain points, and team requirements to determine product fit.Position the companys solutions, including AI-powered capabilities, based on customer challenges rather than product features.Qualify leads and ensure only sales-ready prospects are passed to the Sales team.

• Demo Coordination & Sales Handoff
  

Schedule product demonstrations between qualified prospects and the appropriate Sales Consultant.Coordinate demo timings based on consultant availability, customer preferences, and business requirements.Ensure a seamless handover by sharing complete lead qualification details with the Sales team.

• Lead Follow-up & Pipeline Management
  

Follow up with new enquiries, missed connections, demo no-shows, and rescheduled meetings.Use AI tools and CRM insights to prioritize outreach and personalize customer communication.Maintain healthy lead engagement throughout the presales lifecycle.

• CRM Management & Documentation
  

Record all customer interactions, qualification notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM.Maintain clean and up-to-date lead records in accordance with company processes and SOPs.Ensure complete documentation for smooth collaboration across teams.

• Reporting & Cross-functional Coordination
  

Track key presales metrics such as lead response time, qualification rate, demo conversion, and pipeline status.Share regular reports and insights with management.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements and support complex enquiries.
Eligibility
Any Bachelors degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines).1 year - 2 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or any customer-facing B2B sales role.Experience in SaaS, technology products, or workforce management solutions will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer engagement skills.Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively qualify leads.Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools to improve productivity.Experience with CRM platforms such as Freshsales, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is an added advantage.Prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or workforce management solutions is preferred.
