Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at M/s. Arvindkumar R. Maniar in Rajkot. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for tasks related to Auditing accounting, taxation, financial management, and advising clients on financial decisions. They will also handle auditing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experiences we need

- Minimum 5 years of good experience after completion of CA.

Interested in taking a lead role in a CA firm (practicing in accounting, GST, income tax, auditing, and management consultancy).

The role involves managing the audit and accounts departments, overseeing IT and GST compliance, handling complex financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing internal controls, conducting audits, and providing strategic financial advice to clients.

Good exposure of accounting and taxation related software and advance knowledge of Excel.

Financial Management skills

Auditing and Financial Reporting experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Vast knowledge of laws, business, industry, client needs, etc.

Appeals drafting, appearing before government authorities.

Growth mindset, problem solving, coaching articled clerks and juniors.

Effective CLIENT handling is a MUST.
