Job Description
- As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility will be to develop learning modules and a Leadership Development Program in collaboration with internal resources and external agencies. You will be tasked with preparing the Training Calendar, identifying and developing internal and external faculty to enhance talent capability. Your role will also involve creating Training Metrics to assess the effectiveness of delivery and content.
Additionally, you will be facilitating coaching and mentoring sessions to nurture middle management and leadership pipeline within the organization. Collaborating with the Learning & Development team, you will contribute to designing training plans catering to different levels of employees, from entry-level/front-line to senior leadership development.
Building partnerships with institutes for conducting Management Development Programs and managing a vendor base for training needs at various levels will be crucial aspects of your role. Monitoring the cost of training programs and ensuring compliance with the budget while maintaining high-quality standards will also fall under your purview.
