About the Role

Star Publicity is looking for experienced Senior Business Development Executives with a strong background in Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales.

The role involves independently generating leads, meeting clients, pitching outdoor advertising solutions, and closing business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and outbound calling.
• Meet potential clients and decision-makers in person.
• Pitch Hoardings, Unipoles, LED Displays, Bus Advertising, Billboards, and other OOH solutions.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, OOH, Media, or Advertising Sales.
• Strong B2B field sales and client acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong local market knowledge and client/networking base preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proven ability to independently generate and close business.

Priority: Candidates from Outdoor Advertising / OOH / Media Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
