Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law (LLB / LLM)
• LL.M from a reputed public university will be preferred
  

Experience

• 6 to 12 years of relevant legal experience
• Good Communication is must
• Should be able to read, write and speak (Telugu or Kannada)
• Strong exposure to land and real estate property portfolios
• Prior experience in Banking / NBFCs, Real Estate Developers, Law Firms, or Real Estate organizations
• Proven experience in managing a small legal team (34 members)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 legal professionals handling legal opinions and title reports.

  Get Hired
• Draft, review, and approve comprehensive title opinions using the Maatrum platform.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of property documents and compliance with client credit policies.
• Engage with clients to understand their credit policy requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of reports.
• Address client queries, clarifications, and escalations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Technology teams to improve TAT, streamline workflows, and enhance platform efficiency.
• Ensure all legal reports meet Maatrum’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide guidance and proactive solutions to resolve operational and legal challenges faced by the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, productivity, team performance, and service quality.
• Mentor and support team members through regular reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
