Expected Candidate Portfolio:
The role of a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maatrum Technologies and Legal Ventures Pvt Ltd., is extremely challenging as he/she is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment by hiring the best candidate in the industry, keeping in line with the Organizations business goals and our client experience. The "Real State Banking industry" being niche, the portfolio requires the "Multilingual Recruiter" to develop a strong candidature via networking using various social platforms as well as be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with the 360* recruitment approach.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for both freelance Field civil engineers and freelance Lawyers (Advocates) Hiring across India for all Tier 3 and Tier 4 Villages.
- Develop networks within the forum, or using social media, Job Portals, Job Ads to create and maintain candidate database.
- Maintain open market business relationships with all on-roll and Off-role Employees, Candidates, Clients and Law Firms and Civil Engineering Forums in-order to reduce the Turn Around Time less than 24hrs for hiring.
- Represents the company in various internal and external hiring forums, as well as with professional associations, diversity groups, and community service groups as needed.
- Source and Assess applicant relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
- Develop and track metrics like time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc.,
- Ensures successful completion of documentation and compliance with all hiring requirements in the Maatrum Mobile Application.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt to process changes and hiring adjustments.

Required Candidate profile
- Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Recruiter must be 90%Talent Acquisition Role
- Strong communication skills preferred only Multilingual (Hindi* and Other Languages)
- Business and financial acumen.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
