Educational Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM (preferably from a reputed public university)

• 8+ years of experience in land and real estate property portfolio management
• Expertise in sectors such as Banking/NBFC, Developers, Law Firms, and Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Drafting & Review: Draft comprehensive title opinions using Maatrums proprietary platform.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their policies, address queries, and deliver high-quality reports on time.
• Team Leadership:

  Work closely with Operations and Tech teams to enhance efficiency, improve Turnaround Time (TAT), and optimize software functionality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with client credit policies and maintain Maatrums high standards in reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Offer proactive solutions to in-house legal team challenges, ensuring smooth processing.
