Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Udaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting all functions of the HR department. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, handling employee grievances, and contributing to policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) responsibilities.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment. 
• Experience in managing HR Operations and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge in creating, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• MBA in HR / PGDM in HR / Graduate with relevant HR experience. 
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations; experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector is a plus.
