We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team at Madhu India Deco Limited. The role involves financial planning, taxation, compliance, and audits while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and proven expertise in managing corporate finances.

• Manage overall accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory filings.
• 
  Oversee internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization effectively.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management for decision-making.
• Implement cost-control measures and monitor profitability across operations.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 810 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation (direct & indirect), and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
