E-commerce Account & Operations Manager

Job Profile:

• Reports & Data Management - Develop weekly inventory reports and sales reports, Ensure stock efficiency, and analyze the sell-through of the categories. Detailed reports for category, portal & state-wise analysis.

• Channel Management - Monitor overall account health and key metrics across all platforms.

• Inventory Management - Implement and ensure the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan. Regular data analysis to predict potential inventory problems, like ageing to stock out. Ensuring optimum inventory on all the locations.

• Replenishment Planning for our own warehouses and FBAs and our own stock.

• ReturnsManagement Maintaining detailed portal -wise report for tracking returns. Identify problem areas in skus with high returns, portal with high returns.

• Payments Reconciliation- Responsible for mapping invoice wise Payments and identifying leakages in payments for each marketplace. Maintain payment data utr wise against our invoices fortnightly and sharing with accounts team.

• SPF/Claims Ensure all SPF claims are made timely related to weight anomaly, forward and reverse shipping overcharge, commission overcharge for all the portals. Maintain separate files with details of how much we have been reimbursed, in case of less or no reimbursement, we need to raise the claims again, claim id wise details need to be maintained. You need to ensure for every one wrong return we raise 6 claim requests.

• Easy ecom Management Ensure no breaches in orders is there, inventory is properly updated, all mapping is done correctly for all the locations. All portals are integrated properly.

Min : 3 -4 years in E-commerce relevant experience

Qualifications : Any Graduate
